Janine DeLucia attended The University of Scranton where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science with a nutrition Studies concentration. Throughout her graduate education, she completed clinical rotations in the outpatient orthopedic and acute care settings. She enjoys treating post-op patients as well as higher level athletes. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association where she stays up to date on current research and events occurring in the field.
Janine is certified in LSVT BIG, a treatment designed to help improve mobility for patients with Parkinson’s Disease. She plans on attending additional continuing education courses to obtain her certification in the McKenzie Method® of MDT and other manual therapy certifications. She looks forward to growing as a therapist at UOA and assisting patients to return to their optimal levels of function.
Janine was a competitive dancer growing up and trained in a variety of disciplines where she discovered her love for human movement and performance. Outside of work, Janine enjoys living an active lifestyle and attending CrossFit and yoga classes.
