I have been treating for the last two years with many doctors and from the moment I contacted UOA to the moment I left their offices I was treated as though I was the most important patient that ever walked through their doors.  The staff was not only patient, kind, understanding and listened to me, but very professional and polite.  The staff was dressed professionally and used social graces.  The physician, Dr. McDonnell was very patient, listened to me and explained to me exactly what our course of procedure was going to be.  Out of the last three orthopedic practices I have frequented in the Monmouth County area, this is by far the best practice I have treated at and I will continue to treat at this practice and refer not only my family and friends, but also my clients and future clients.  I could not recommend this facility any more highly!!!
