Justin McTish is an incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and kind Occupational Therapist. After dislocating my shoulder, tearing my rotator cuff, and partially tearing my tfcc in my wrist in a fall on December 9th, 2023, I required two separate surgeries – one in February for my shoulder and the other in July for my wrist.
From my initial visit in December 2023 to my final visit in September 2024, Justin made this lengthy ordeal a pleasant experience. There were times when I felt defeated, but Justin took the time to let me talk through my frustrations and was incredibly encouraging, always leaving me with a renewed sense of encouragement and understanding.
He helped me realize that while my frustrations were valid, I was making progress even when I didn’t think so. As someone who had never undergone major surgery before, having conversations with Justin before both surgeries really put my mind at ease and assured me that I was making the right decisions.
Justin truly made my twice-weekly appointments something to look forward to. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of shoulder or hand occupational therapy.
