I wanted to take a moment to comment on the outstanding service provided to me by Saaby Perez from your Somerset Office. I recently had surgery performed by Dr. McDonnell, and we ran into issues with Aetna, paperwork, approvals, appeals, and even more appeals. Saaby painstakingly kept on top of the insurance company to make sure the surgery could proceed as scheduled. Saaby even made sure I was kept up to speed on days when she was not even in the office.

On my follow-up appointment with Dr. McDonnell after the surgery, I mentioned I was having an issue with billing by a 3rd party company, and he asked that I send the information to Saaby and she would look into it. Not only did she look into it, she had the 3rd party file an appeal on my behalf, so I did not have to. Saaby is apparently now telling other companies how to do their job, and they listen. I for one would not like to be on the receiving end of one of her calls, if things were not running as they should.

Saaby is a tremendous asset to your company, and I feel if it was not for her persistent get the job done attitude, I would still be waiting for approvals. I have been in the customer service/sales field for over 30 years, and have come across very few people perform their jobs as well as Saaby, and when she says she will get the job done, she does.
