Sports Performance Program
- About the Program:
- Improve your strength, conditioning, speed, agility, power: plyometrics, specific to your sport.
- Improve body composition: (decrease body fat%)
- Time Frame: 8, 10, 12 Week programs available.
- Location: UOA Center for Rehabilitation and Sports Performance or on-site of a school or club.
- Individual and group sessions.

- Program will develop the attributes of the golf swing.
- Strengthen rotator cuff; core; hips and legs.
- Flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, and power enhancement.
- Injury prevention.

Prevent Injury Enhance Performance (PEP) program
- About the Program
- Designed to prevent knee injuries.
- Warm-up, flexibility, strength, agility, and plyometrics.
- Time Frame: 8, 10 Week programs available.

- Individual and group sessions.
Project Healthy Bones: Program for Osteoporosis
- About the Program
- Help minimize or reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.
- Weight-bearing and resistance training, Flexibility, Postural and Balance exercises.
- Nutritional Information.
- Time Frame: 24 Week program available.

- Strengthen shoulder and elbow joints.
- Decrease injury in the overhead throwing athlete.
- Scapular stabilization, rotator cuff strengthening, core stabilization exercises.
- Sport Specific conditioning, agility, strength training.
