About Anne Inacay

Anne Inacay is a physical therapist at University Orthopaedic Associates (UOA) who has extensive experience in outpatient orthopaedic physical therapy as well as in acute care. As a result, she has treated a diverse population ranging from children to older adults with acute and chronic conditions alike.

Anne graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Studies with a focus on exercise physiology. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Rutgers University.

Anne strongly believes in comprehensive collaborative care with her patients. She believes communication and patient education are pertinent in building a strong foundation between patient and provider so that together, they can achieve patient specific objectives. She tailors her treatment program to each patient based on need and learning preference as well as the patient’s goals and interests.

Anne is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and believes in staying up to date with current evidence-based treatment to give patients the most complete care possible. This includes helping to transition patients to adopt healthier lifestyles overall, through exercise, once they recover from injury. She is a strong believer that physical therapists are the key to bridging patients from injury to wellness as well as improved performance.

In her free time, Anne enjoys traveling, exercising, cooking, baking and spending time with her family.
