Dr. Charles Gatt has recently been appointed the Program Director of the Limb Salvage and Regeneration Program at Armed Forces Institute of Regenerative Medicine (AFIRM). AFIRM was established in 2008 by the US Department of Defense to develop new products and therapies to treat severe injuries suffered by US service members in the current wars.
