Exercise of the Month – Ball Squat
    TECHNIQUE:
- Place a physioball against a wall, then position physioball at your low back.
 - Head is neutral, eyes forward with shoulders back.
 - Cross your arms with hands at chest height if not using resistance.
 - Feet are shoulder width apart; toes pointed straight ahead or slightly outward.
 - Constant pressure at the heels throughout the range of motion.
 - Do not let knees move inward or move forward past toes during squat.
 - Can hold DB’s to the side or Medicine Ball at the front of body for resistance.
 
BENEFITS
- Easy to learn.
 - Not a lot of stress on the knee joint and low back.
 - Can easily adjust range of motion if coming off injury or have pre-existing knee and back issues.
 - Can safely add resistance with a dumbbell or medicine ball.
