Broncos quarterback Trevor Siemian has elected to undergo surgery today to address the lingering issues from his left, non-throwing shoulder. The injury would otherwise have continued to plague him since suffering a third-degree separation in week four. Siemian only missed one game due to the shoulder injury but has continued to experience pain when working out.
