James T. Monica, MD, nominated to Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society
Dr. James T. Monica has been nominated to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society (AΩA, AOA). Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, a professional medical organization, is a national honor society that recognizes and advocates for excellence in scholarship and the highest ideals in the profession of medicine.
Dr. Monica’s chapter is the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School AOA Honor Medical Society, and he will become a faculty inductee. Two to four Rutgers medical school faculty members are inducted annually.
States Dr. Monica, “I greatly appreciate being inducted to the AOA Honor Medical Society. Educating medical students and orthopaedic residents is rewarding in and of itself, and receiving this nomination is a bonus.”
