To: Dr. Stephen Kayiaros and Staff,

I just want to take this opportunity to express what a positive impact this procedure has had on my quality of life. There was a great deal of anxiety on my part in deciding to proceed with a total hip replacement procedure, because of the potential risks as well as the possibility of a lengthy rehabilitation. With the support of family and friends, I took the first step and set up the initial consultation.

After a review of the CT scan and discussion of the course of treatment, you offered the anterior approach to hip replacement surgery as an option which could be provided at your ambulatory care center without a protracted hospital stay or restrictions in regard to mobility and rehabilitation. This seemed to be a superior alternative to traditional surgery based upon a review of the literature that was provided. This surgery was scheduled for late April and I was released the same day to home care.

Presently I have returned to routine activities and have met all my identified clinical outcomes including rehabilitation within four weeks of my surgery date. This is the first time in many years that I am pain free and have the ability to enjoy activities which support a lifestyle I did not think would be possible.

The degree of professionalism that occurred from the initial point of contact with your office, with everyone who supports your practice specifically Brianna Szczepanski, as well as your degree of expertise and confidence in providing extraordinary outcomes is truly beyond the scope of my expectations. You have changed my life for the better and will be the first one in my thoughts as I walk my daughter down the aisle and have the ability to be able to dance with her at her upcoming wedding.  My gratitude for giving me back a quality of life I did not think possible.

Yours truly,

K.K.
