Living with Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB)
Michelle is more than a patient, she is our inspiration. Michelle has Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), where she lacks a critical protein that binds the layers of skin together. Without this protein, the skin tears apart, blisters and sheers off, leading to severe pain, disfigurement, and wounds that never heal. She has had numerous hand surgeries over the past 10 years with Dr. Timothy Leddy, hours of therapy with Occupational Therapist, Greg Roth, to help keep her hands strong and functional and physical therapy with Mohammad H. Raza to strengthen her back and legs. Please help Michelle to continue her fight and find a cure. Together, we can help Michelle live another day.
