About Dr. Beiro

Dr. Cris Beiro is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon. A former Navy corpsman, Dr. Beiro is co-founder of Garden State Bone and Joint and is an attending physician at several area hospitals.

Dr. Beiro received his medical degree from Rutgers University – New Jersey School of Medicine, where he also completed his internship and residency. He completed his fellowship in sports medicine at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, and acted as assistant team physician to professional and college teams, including the Baltimore Ravens NFL team and the Washington Nationals MLB team.

He is a member of:

  • American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons
  • American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine
  • Arthroscopy Association of North America

Dr. Beiro has been honored many times in his career. Some of his awards include:
