This was a difficult time when I started, my pain was bad to say the least. Benjamin made me feel relaxed and said it would get better. After awhile it did. I got stronger and the pain was less. There were times when I wondered what would happen next but Ben would have words of encouragement ready. He was so sweet, he would talk about things as a distraction sometimes, which I appreciated.
