From my first to my last therapy session, I was impressed by the facility and the staff, specifically, Anne, my therapist. The facility is complete with a quiet atmosphere, conducive for Physical Therapy. Anne and the other folks who assisted were friendly, but professional. I received constant attention and direction, so the staff was more than adequate in numbers. They were patient in answering my questions about what was happening with my rotator cuff as we did the different exercises. As she manipulated the arm, shoulder and back, she explained what she was doing and the purpose it served. When it came to exercises and execution, she explained the body mechanism and what the movement should be, so that it was easy to remember how to execute the exercises at home. I am very pleased with the physical therapy experience and highly commend and recommend the facility and the staff, especially Anne Inacay.
