Allie has completed many continuing education courses and a variety of mentorship programs holding certification in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner (CMP).
Allie prides herself on creating customized treatment plans, initially meeting the patient at their current status and progressing toward achievement of the patient’s ultimate goal. Allie believes that the education provided within treatment sessions and assignment of meaningful ‘homework’ for patients to do independently outside of sessions is what empowers patients in helping them manage their injury for a successful outcome. As a previous collegiate athlete and current fitness coach, Allie has success not only in facilitating patients’ return to their prior level of function, but also in building resiliency toward higher level activities and sports.
In the near future, Allie plans to pursue certification in Strength and Conditioning and in Emergency Medical Response. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, staying physically active, and spending time with her family.
