Dr. Kristine Clark, nationally recognized director of sports nutrition at the Pennsylvania State University and former nutritionist for the U.S. Olympic gold medal winning women’s soccer and field hockey teams, will discuss “Nutrition for Sport.” She will focus on pre-exercise nutrition, post-exercise eating for recovery and repair, hydration issues, and weight management.
