University Orthopaedic Associates (UOA) is proud to present our informative seminar on The Shoulder 2016 Evidence Based Update. Those of you in the medical field will find this an informative, useful and interesting session.

Can’t make it in person? No problem! We will be offering a live webinar of the seminar. The broadcast will begin 10 minutes prior to the actual live event. For those who wish to tune in, please visit http://www.ustream.tv/channel/uoa in advance of the event to assure that you can access the Ustream channel. (The Ustream channel will stream better if your computer is connected directly to an Ethernet cable instead of a wireless connection; however, the broadcast will work with both applications.)

To acquire educational credits for viewing this event, you need to pre-register. On the day of the event (June 4), sign on to the UOA Ustream channel. You will then be given a link to the online compendium. Following the seminar, complete the credit request form AND course evaluation found in the compendium. You will only receive credit if you have completed the pre-registration, credit request and course evaluation. Credit certificates will be mailed within four weeks of receipt of your credit request form.
