My recovery was really smooth

Jessica DeFrancesco was great to work with. Spent the winter recovering from 2 separate hip surgeries and she was fantastic from start to finish. Very friendly and personable. My recovery was really smooth and uneventful, and I attribute a lot of that to Jess and the team at UOA. The rest of the staff was incredibly nice as well, they’re always helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend Jess and UOA in general for PT.

I feel better than ever

Jessica DeFrancesco is extremely knowledgeable in this industry and has immense expertise. This is one of the few PT places that really takes the time to better understand how to help you in your healing. Jessica has worked closely with me to help me understand what specific muscles we were strengthening. In just a few short weeks I can now say I feel better than ever and I cannot thank her enough! The whole team in Wall is incredible and lovely.

Jessica DeFrancesco and the whole PT team were so amazing and such an integral part of my recovery! The professionalism and friendly atmosphere made me feel comfortable right from the start. I actually looked forward to going to my sessions every week. Between the guidance during my sessions and the advice for how to continue my therapy at home, they got me back to 100% in a remarkable amount of time! I know if it weren’t for her I would not have recovered so well. I can’t thank Jessica and all of her colleagues enough for being so wonderful and amazing. I will actually miss going.

Warm, Kind and Welcoming

Jess is an excellent PT clinician. She knows the body and the best treatments for my hip recovery. She was able to accommodate my individual situation and give additional exercises that fit my needs. Her “bedside manner” is warm and kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend Jess and would seek out her and this facility in the future.

Great Experience With Jess

I had such a great experience working with Jess at the Wall PT location. She’s super knowledgeable and had a lot of interesting insights during my therapy, which invoked some specialized techniques as part of a research study. But the aspect that made my experience A+ was Jess as a person. She really cares about her patients and provides a genuine personal touch to her work. I would highly recommend her and will be back if I ever need PT in the future. Also the rest of the team at Wall is amazing too!

Professional and kind

Feel that I have definitely improved the use of my right shoulder through the exercises done on-site and at home. Jess is very professional and kind and is an asset to your practice…would highly recommend!

Warm and welcoming

My treatment at UOA Physical Therapy was excellent. Jess gave me exercises that helped to alleviate some of my pain. The whole staff is warm and welcoming. Bryan kept my independent exercise time flowing smoothly. I would highly recommend UOA PT!
