I went to physical therapy at UOA after suffering from foot pain for almost 1 year. My physical therapist Lindsey was very kind, friendly and caring. She is very skillful and knows what she is doing. With her help and therapy, I am almost with no foot pain now. Thank you Lindsey and UOA.
After knee replacement surgery, I started to see Lindsey at the Woodbridge location. Lindsey was great! She listened to my needs and helped me get back to my life. I set a goal and she did everything to help me achieve it and beyond. Everyone at UOA was friendly and caring. Judy, Lindesy’s aide, became someone I looked forward to seeing each visit. She was energetic and engaging with every aspect of her job. Now that my time is over with them, I will continue to use the exercises and techniques they taught me. Thank you everyone for getting me back on my feet!
I had a motorcycle accident and I shattered my ankle. I thought I wouldn’t be able to walk for a long time. When I started my physical therapy a few weeks after my surgery I was in a lot of pain but Lindsey Balint was a pleasure to work with. The Woodridge office has a very clean, calming environment, and the staff is very professional. Always smiles on their faces.
She was able to help me think positive and walk again without any assistance. Now I’m able to go back work and resume a normal life thanks to Lindsey and University Orthopedic Associates! Thank you so much!

Lindsey of UOA was an excellent therapist. She did a complete analysis of my problem, then came up with a plan. The exercises were very helpful and relieved my pain. I will recommend UOA to family and friends.

I must say, I like the fact that you can meet with your doctor and go right next-door to physical therapy -big plus. After some healing time from the surgery, I was introduced to Lindsay Balint, my physical therapist for the next six months. In the beginning, I could barely lift my arm but with Lindsey‘s funny and great attitude for recovery, I was able to achieve the goals she set forth. By understanding my personal strengths and weaknesses, I was able to walk out doing everything that I did before the accident. Thank you so much, Lindsey.
PS. Everyone in Avenel, from the secretaries to the other physical therapists and aids were all professional and friendly.
Lindsey Balint was my physical therapist following knee replacement surgery. I have had many challenges including selling my home and moving and in the middle of all of it, Lindsey helped me through all of these challenges that include balance, lack of strength and pain in the other knee. She was always proactive, addressing every issue and trying to find a solution. She was patient and encouraging and always upbeat!
Thank you Lindsey for all the help you did with my arm. I want to thank you for all the different exercises you showed me and I appreciate the time you took with me. Your assistants there were genuinely nice people and kind.
