I recently completed 6 weeks of PT with Michael Phelan, PT. I’m happy to say that I’m very pleased with my treatment and outcome.
Michael and the entire staff at UOA are excellent. Everyone, from the front desk to the therapists and assistants were professional, yet warm, friendly and engaging.

I had a torn meniscus that Dr. Beiro successfully addressed with surgery, but my healing journey was longer than usual because of other unforeseen medical complications. However,
the incredible physical therapy team at the Morganville office—Mike, Dana, and the rest—made all the difference. Their balanced, knowledgeable approach, knowing when to push and when not to, combined with their constant kindness and smiles, ensured proper healing and a great overall experience. I’m now well on my way to resuming my active lifestyle.

After undergoing surgery on my quadricep tendon, I began physical therapy with a lot of uncertainty and concern about my recovery. From day one, Mike—my physical therapist—was incredibly helpful, patient, encouraging, and understanding. He took the time to explain each step of the process, adjusted my treatment as needed, and motivated me through the tough days. Over the past four months, I’ve seen tremendous progress and am now fully recovered, thanks to his guidance and support. I’m truly grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this physical therapy practice to anyone in need of compassionate, knowledgeable treatment. You’ll be in great hands!

Michael and the therapy assistants were amazing. Michael was able to pinpoint the causes of my shoulder pain and provide a therapy routine which greatly reduced my pain and increased my range. After the surgery to remove a meningioma from my thoracic spine, my home care therapist recommended UOA for continued PT with Michael. My experience, healing and overall gratitude cannot be measured! The facilities, equipment and level of cleanliness are outstanding! More importantly, the staff from the front desk to the assistants and therapists were beyond efficient, caring and professional! They made my time there pleasant and extremely productive. Just finished my PT journey yesterday. I have been with UOA physical therapy for a while. My therapist, Mike, was great, very helpful, and empathetic and helped me fulfill my goals.
