While the arthritis in my knee will be a part of my torture – I am much better and believe that I can manage much of the issues with care. I do wish I was able to continue as my “bad” knee is now close to being my “good” knee.
Under the direction of Dr. Pannullo, Ryan met me, received my file, listened to my complaints and arranged a plan of care. He calmly explained each stage of PT, what he expected of me and how my body should respond. He helped put together a home program and encouraged me to follow it. He always presented patience.
Above and beyond service with a smile! Easy to schedule and/or reschedule appointments. My treatments helped me make a full recovery!
The people at UOA were the best in my recovery of my shoulder operation.
Jessica was really helpful. She was very informative and it became clear very quickly how I had injured myself. The exercises have definitely enabled me to become symptom-free and I think they will always be helpful. I have definitely modified by behavior to avoid injury again.
Great care and follow up. All the staff was very professional. Jessica was very gentle and took the time to address all my needs as I progressed.
After a series of sports injuries, I was fortunate to have Dino Pinciotti as my physical therapist. In a couple of months, I found myself improved to an extraordinary extent. He understood exactly what my issues were and came up with a double home exercise program which I continue to follow. I cannot thank him enough nor recommend him more highly.
I fractured my pelvis in a fall. I started physical therapy with Ben. He was very patient with my progress and made sure I understood the importance of each exercise. He wanted me to continue at home. Ben also noticed I had issues with my balance and another issue. He spoke with my daughter and suggested speaking to my primary care doctor to maybe see a neurologist. I am scheduled for an appointment. I give Ben a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. He is an amazing PT. Informative, attentive and most importantly, Ben helped me to get back to myself prior to my injury. Thank you, Ben. He clearly is a master of his profession.
Ben is supportive and professional and gives confidence that he will help you regain full use of arm/shoulder without pain.
I had broken my elbow which required surgery. I was going to need physical therapy to get my elbow moving again. I went for my therapy at the University Orthopeadic group. And I want to say I was glad I did. My therapist was Jamie rose and she was wonderful. She was friendly and outgoing. She was firm and comforting also. Jamie worked hard, wanting to make sure that when therapy ended, I would have good use of my arm. It was such a gift having someone care so much about helping me. My doctor was thrilled with how I progressed and I have so much credit to Jamie. she made me want to work hard on my exercises at home. We worked as a team. And we were successful. anyone who has Jamie as their therapist is blessed.
I also loved someone else who worked with her and that was Greg. He was welcoming and funny and caring. He did not work on me but he was someone I enjoyed seeing so much. My time in the therapy room seemed to fly by with all the talking and launching that we did. It helped settle my fears of therapy and the atmosphere made you actually look forward to coming. Let me stress, they both were working hard on their patients but they added fun to the experience.
