My time with Naveen was very helpful in advancing my recovery. Her caring attitude and willingness to go beyond the norm was greatly appreciated. She went so far as to call at home when I was having trouble, which was more than I expected. I also appreciate the assistance given by Aaron to prep all my exercises to make things go smooth. Thank you all.
First of all I would like to thank my wonderful doctor, Dr. Jeffrey Bechler. He did an excellent job during my surgery. I’m so glad I choose University Orthopaedic Associates, LLC. to do my physical therapy. I met Kristine Kilbride as my therapist. She did a tremendous job and made me walk again. All the staff at this practice are caring people.
Your staff was great from start to finish. I had Lynn Van Ost who was great, always asking and checking to see if I was fine. No questions were ever left unanswered. I would recommend UOA to everyone.
When I started rehab two months ago, I was very apprehensive. I was in pain and had very little motion. I was very sorry that I had done the knee replacement surgery. Kristine was my therapist; she was very patient with me and told me it would take time and I would feel better each day. She was right. I started improving slowly but felt I was going to get better. I have completed my rehab and I feel happy that I know I did the right thing. Christine was wonderful, very patient, and caring. I would highly recommend her!
My therapist, Neveen Gabra, was very professional as well as extremely knowledgeable. She was patient and explained each exercise thoroughly. Although she pushed me past what I thought I could do, and I could feel the soreness, everything she did got me closer to my goal – walking without pain and no limp. I would recommend UOA to anyone, and specifically, Neveen Gabra, as well as Greg Roth. I have been to other therapy facilities – this is the best.
I would like to thank the entire physical therapy staff at UOA as my recovery from a total knee replacement was a positive experience thanks to the dedication and professional care I received. My therapist was Christine, who was very attentive and caring with each visit. All of the therapists seem to love their patients!
I came to UOA for physical therapy due to a labral tear on my right hip and lower back problem. From the start, Lynn, my physical therapist, made me understand that the physical therapy program I was to undergo would not heal the tear but would strengthen the muscles that support the hips. After a few weeks of therapy, the back pain was gone and the hip pain and soreness improved a lot. Lynn was very professional and responsive to all my questions and concerns. Her team as well was very helpful. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful with scheduling my appointments.
This is a world-class physical therapy facility. I was referred here by my surgeon. Kristin was my therapist after my knee replacement surgery. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and very encouraging. At first, I was skeptical about using this facility since it is not in my insurance network (which means that I had a higher copayment for every visit). After my first two visits, I decided to stay with it until recovery. I also would like to thank Lynn, who assisted me in pre-surgery and after surgery prior to discharge.
I would recommend UOA PT to my friends. Kristine made my treatment a wonderful experience. She was compassionate, competent, and very knowledgeable. She is a great asset to UOA.
Kristine Kilbridge was great to work with and a very knowledgeable physical therapist. She has a lovely personality and always explains the injury and all the exercises needed to unlock my frozen shoulder. She pushed me hard, but not too hard in order to rehabilitate my left shoulder and get it working again with no pain. After my sessions I am able to return to work and do 100% of all the functions needed. All of the people working at University Orthopaedic Associates Center for Rehabilitation and Sports Excellence were great to work with and very enjoyable.
