PT Gave Me My Life Back

I first met Allie after my knee replacement. She spent time getting to know me and my goals. She embraced my goals and every session worked toward improving my range of motion, balance, and strength. All of the staff from start to finish were professional, friendly, organized, and worked well together. After my knee, I came back with scoliosis and nerve issues. Allie once again jumped in, researched and developed a unique plan. We worked together to find what helped. Physical therapy is a blessing. I am finally walking upright, I am back at the gym, walking with confidence and sleeping flat in bed after months of sleeping in a recliner due to back pain. PT gave me my life back.

I went to PT after having my knee replaced, Anne & Carrie could not have been nicer. I went for 3 months – June, July, August. I’m hoping to go back soon as I have had more surgery, not related to my knee, this time to build up my strength. Five stars at least.

Extremely Effective

Received PT from Mike and his support team for chronic shoulder pain. His PT plan was thorough and designed with varied exercises. Particularly, his deep-tissue shoulder massage was extremely effective. The cherry on the cake was the personal interest, the upbeat environment and the friendly staff.

Dr. Fleming Changed the Course of My Recovery

I made an appointment with Dr. Fleming for a second opinion after being put in a cast for 5 weeks from the knee down by another doctor for a broken 5th metatarsal bone in my left foot. When I called UOA the staff was kind, empathetic, and extremely helpful. I was fortunate to get an appointment with Dr. Fleming. Dr. Fleming changed the course of my recovery. He removed my cast and placed me in a medical boot while my bone healed giving me my independence back. Dr. Fleming was thorough, kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in a very clear, detailed manner and he answered all of my questions. He is a remarkable doctor and I am thankful to have been under his care. I also attended physical therapy at UOA. John Keegan listened to my concerns and helped me get my mobility and strength back. I cannot thank them enough for helping me get back to my normal routine. I highly recommend UOA as I had a wonderful experience!

My Experience With UOA Was Exceptional

My experience with UOA was exceptional. Dr. Buckley was fantastic from diagnosis through my surgery and rehabilitation. Michael Phelan was my physical therapist and was exceptional as well. I would recommend UOA for anybody that has a knee injury.

All of the assistants were great

Just finished my PT journey yesterday. I have been with UOA physical therapy for a while. My therapist, Mike, was great, very helpful, and empathetic and helped me fulfill my goals. All of the assistants were great. The office staff were friendly and helpful. An overall positive experience. I have recommended them to friends.

After a visit to Dr. Harwood, I was referred to Ryan Kay and his staff. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. He developed an effective treatment plan and he and his colleagues were very helpful and attentive. This is my second experience with UOANJ, and both times, they exceeded expectations.

Incredibly Effective Hands-On Therapy

I made a fast and fine recovery after knee replacement. I can’t imagine that the results would have been so positive if I hadn’t chosen UOA for Physical Therapy. After experiencing multiple broken bones through the years, I’ve become more familiar than I want to be with PT organizations. UOA surprised me: totally organized; no time wasted; multiple assistants at all times to help with equipment and exercises; lots of good machines; bright, clean and airy facility. A BIG shout out to my personal trainer, Dean Pinciotti (Director in Somerset), not only for his incredibly effective hands-on therapy but, for steering me in the best direction for the most appropriate and speedy speedy program. I can’t recommend him enough!

UOA Was an Amazing Experience

I came to Dr Buckley with a knee issue. He diagnosed the issue with some tests and did surgery on my knee. I was very thankful to him for his professionalism and skills to repair my knee and make the pain go away. The PT team I worked with, Mike and Alexis, were amazing. They worked my strength back up in half the time needed. The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful with all questions and appointment setups. UOA was an amazing experience and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much UOA team.
