I have found my PT experience with Ryan Kay to be the best of several that I have had during my 65 years. My recovery from rotator cuff & shoulder tendon repair has been spectacular in both my opinion and that of my surgeon. The entire experience at UOA is second to none. The feeling is that everyone truly cares in taking part to assist you on your road to recovery. If I find myself in need of PT in the future, there is no doubt that I will come back.
My experience with UOA has been a very positive experience. Their staff was very friendly. My therapist Joseph was so positive with me as he administered my treatments. He was very encouraging each and every visit and so very helpful. He gave me a print out of their exercises I could do at home which was very helpful. My arm is getting stronger thanks to Joseph and the time spent at UOA.
I have been going to Ryan off and on now for over 10 years and he is fantastic. I refer him to anyone that I know that is looking for a very good physical therapist. I’ve followed him to multiple rehab companies but I must say the Center of Rehabilitation & Sports Excellence was very easy and enjoyable to with and very accommodating to my schedule. Not that I hope my back or neck act up again but if so, I look forward to coming back knowing I am in good hands.
I had severe pain from my right hip down to my foot. Ryan taught me exercises and showed me how to do them correctly. I was finding it difficult to stand and cools meals and to unpack (we had just moved to a new home). He told me how to do it. I cannot say enough good things about him.
Everything that I had done, total right hip replacement and physical therapy was terrific. At my weekly PT, Ben was always caring and listened to what I needed to tell him. His care and patience and skill helped me each visit I went to. I’m sure he helped me get to where I am right now. Thank you.
It was a pleasure to work with Ben. I am symptom-free due to his diligent attention. His precise diagnosis of my condition and professional application of the appropriate remedies made my recovery speedy and complete.
I was pretty leary about PT at first. However, working with Ben has been great. Ben has really been a great help & teacher to me, as I proceeded through the PT process. I have learned a great deal about how my body works from him. Thanks to Ben, I am doing great and have a good routine to keep up with for myself.
Ben was an awesome PT, and I never thought I would regain strength, range of motion, and freedom of pain in my knee and shoulder from physical therapy alone. I appreciate Ben’s taking time to explain the course of treatment he prescribed he truly gave me motivation to work my home exercises regularly. Honestly, I enjoyed going to my sessions each week. Thanks so much, Ben.
In late April 2019, I was diagnosed by Dr. Butler with having an extreme case of tendinitis in the right hip. I was in pain and was not able to lift my right leg without help. I came to UOA Rehabilitation Center and was assigned to Benjamin Glider, PT, DPT for four weeks of physical therapy. Ben and I discussed my script and symptoms. He immediately explained the program that he had for me at the center and at home. He asked that I arrive 15 minutes early to allow for warm up. The program of quadricep stretches, hipflexers, bridges, clam shells had me feeling better in weeks. Ben is a professional who knows what he is doing. He was always courteous and worked you just hard enough. My program was a complete success. He also gave me exercises to do at home to prevent a relapse of my original condition. I would recommend him to my friends and family without hesitation.
I enjoyed working with Ben. He was very helpful, encouraging and very knowledgeable. My problem improved with his help. He was very cautious and concerned about my wellbeing.
