My time with Naveen was very helpful in advancing my recovery. Her caring attitude and willingness to go beyond the norm was greatly appreciated. She went so far as to call at home when I was having trouble, which was more than I expected. I also appreciate the assistance given by Aaron to prep all my exercises to make things go smooth. Thank you all.
First of all I would like to thank my wonderful doctor, Dr. Jeffrey Bechler. He did an excellent job during my surgery. I’m so glad I choose University Orthopaedic Associates, LLC. to do my physical therapy. I met Kristine Kilbride as my therapist. She did a tremendous job and made me walk again. All the staff at this practice are caring people.
Your staff was great from start to finish. I had Lynn Van Ost who was great, always asking and checking to see if I was fine. No questions were ever left unanswered. I would recommend UOA to everyone.
When I started rehab two months ago, I was very apprehensive. I was in pain and had very little motion. I was very sorry that I had done the knee replacement surgery. Kristine was my therapist; she was very patient with me and told me it would take time and I would feel better each day. She was right. I started improving slowly but felt I was going to get better. I have completed my rehab and I feel happy that I know I did the right thing. Christine was wonderful, very patient, and caring. I would highly recommend her!
I suffered multiple fractures in a bicycling accident and was highly traumatized as a result. From my initial treatment by Dr. Sagebien at RWJ I felt I was in good and caring hands. My subsequent follow up at UOANJ further confirmed my impression and my confidence in the care I was receiving. I felt like i was being cared for both as a patient and as a person.
I want to particularly single out nurse practitioner Patricia Seuffert for her expert care and great kindness. One becomes very fragile when one suffers great trauma. At such times the warmth and kindness of your caregivers is especially important. Nurse Seuffort is a gem and a tribute to the office and her profession.
Blake Swan is very knowledgeable with rehabbing my right rotator cuff. The rehab went so well I will not require surgery. Blake’s program is such a great fit for me I have decided to stay on and continue with his program. Keep up the great work and service.
I’m very pleased with my experience at UOA. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. They made sure I was comfortable from the minute I walked in to when I left. The facility is great. Everything you need under one roof. I would definitely continue to be a patient here (as needed)!
Athletes of different generations change the way you view their particular sport. They raise the bar for all who follow, but few can attain their type of status. Blake Swan is just such a generational player who has raised the level of the Sports Performance and Wellness at University Orthopaedic Associates.
Dr. Stephen Kayiaros was featured in an article in the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Magazine. “I would do it again in a heartbeat. I really feel like it gave me my life back.” Read about how one woman underwent the minimally invasive hip replacement procedure with Dr Stephen Kayiaros.
To: Dr. Stephen Kayiaros and Staff,
I just want to take this opportunity to express what a positive impact this procedure has had on my quality of life. There was a great deal of anxiety on my part in deciding to proceed with a total hip replacement procedure, because of the potential risks as well as the possibility of a lengthy rehabilitation. With the support of family and friends, I took the first step and set up the initial consultation.
