About James T. Monica

Dr. Monica is board certified in orthopaedic surgery with subspecialty certification in surgery of the hand and upper extremity. He obtained his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons after completing his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University where he studied biology and played varsity football for four years. He completed his internship and residency at the Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Residency Program. He then completed his fellowships at the Massachusetts General Hospital specializing in hand and upper extremity surgery as well as open and arthroscopic shoulder surgery.
