Back to Walking Again

Ben Glider over in Woodbridge got me back to walking again, literally. After having surgery on my right foot/ankle he took the time to listen to my issues. He got me up and going and was always positive in my sessions. I am extremely pleased about the team over in Woodbridge. Thanks again Ben!!!!

Regained my Mobility and Strength

I had a great experience with the UOA team while getting treated for a sprained ankle. Ben helped me regain my mobility and strength, allowing me to get back to doing the things I love. Not only did he help me rebuild my strength, but he curated a specific program that really targeted the relevant mechanics and movements I hadn’t been able to do since getting injured.

His thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable approach helped me regain strength and confidence. I’m super happy with the work we did together and can’t thank him enough.

Significant Improvement In My Mobility

My experience here at UOANJ has been nothing but great. I came in with severe back pain and working with Ben has shown significant improvement in my mobility. The staff in the office is personable and welcoming, making my time there all the more pleasant. Ben truly cares about the progress of his patients so much that he goes above and beyond to provide a home routine for me when I don’t have an office appointment. Every Visit Was a Positive One

I brought my daughter to UOA after a recommendation from two friends. Her PT, Ben Glider, was outstanding. My daughter was so nervous going into the first visit but Ben made her feel so comfortable. He listened fully to her concerns and developed a comprehensive rehab plan that she could follow, even after her sessions ended. He is so personable and caring.
