Regained my Mobility and Strength

I had a great experience with the UOA team while getting treated for a sprained ankle. Ben helped me regain my mobility and strength, allowing me to get back to doing the things I love. Not only did he help me rebuild my strength, but he curated a specific program that really targeted the relevant mechanics and movements I hadn’t been able to do since getting injured.

Significant Improvement In My Mobility

My experience here at UOANJ has been nothing but great. I came in with severe back pain and working with Ben has shown significant improvement in my mobility. The staff in the office is personable and welcoming, making my time there all the more pleasant. Ben truly cares about the progress of his patients so much that he goes above and beyond to provide a home routine for me when I don’t have an office appointment. Every Visit Was a Positive One

I brought my daughter to UOA after a recommendation from two friends. Her PT, Ben Glider, was outstanding. My daughter was so nervous going into the first visit but Ben made her feel so comfortable. He listened fully to her concerns and developed a comprehensive rehab plan that she could follow, even after her sessions ended. He is so personable and caring. Great Experience with UOA!

I had a left total knee replaced by Dr. Kayiaros. I waited about four months to have my surgery done by him, because I was told he was the best. Well, he certainly is!! I never had to take any of the pain medications that were prescribed prior to surgery. When I got home the day of the surgery, I was able to walk up 15 steps! Daily phone calls from the Somerset Surgical Center answered any concerns I had. The next two weeks were filled with physical therapists coming to my home and working with me so I was able to return to normal everyday living.
I started my outpatient physical therapy three weeks after my surgery in UOA Avenel. My therapist was Ben Glider. His reviews, posted by others, were so positive that I was excited to start. I have to say that working with Ben was a great experience. He was very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and caring. He also made my sessions enjoyable with his sense of humor. I highly recommend Ben, and the rest of the staff in Avenel, for anyone requiring physical therapy. I am now walking without assistance from any device and pain-free less than two months after my surgery. University Orthopaedic Associates are the best!!
