I would really like to thank Ben Glider and the staff for their professionalism and great care I received for 6 months after Spine Surgery. During my exercise, I watched and listened to all around me. What a great team! I believe with everyone’s help my recovery and improvement and hard work made this time go by smoothly and I am very happy with my results to-date!
Ben was very attentive and hands-on with my physical therapy when needed throughout my therapy. Always adding more challenging exercises to push and challenge my abilities. He gave me home exercises from the start which enabled me to put my recovery in my hands as well. I highly recommend Ben and would go to him if needed in the future.Â
I was very pleased with the care I received at UOA, Somerset. The facility is up to date and well maintained. The staff is continually disinfecting equipment after each use and washing their hands frequently. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. All the therapists, assistants and volunteers are professional and extremely helpful. Ben is a top-notch therapist! I knew he was knowledgeable and well educated. I learned a lot about my injury and how to stay healthy and mobile. Ben also gave me a plan to use at home but encouraged me to contact him if I needed. I recommend UOA highly!Â
I was very lucky to get Ben as my Physical Therapist. He is very professional, knowledgeable, flexible and sincere. Before this, I’ve gone to other centers where the physical therapist was not present when the exercises were done – just one assistant for as many as 10 people and one was lucky if the improper form of exercise was even noticed. When I first started at UOA, I could hardly walk and was in a lot of pain. Now, I am walking with the aid of my cane and have much less pain.
I started physical therapy at the height of the pandemic. First thing I noticed was all the health and safety measures taken to ensure my safety as well as that of the staff. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Ben. He listened carefully to the issue I was having and took great care to help me get to a place where I could function without pain or discomfort. He’s professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic. He’s currently treating my daughter and I have recommended him and other UOA therapists to my friends!
This is the second time I had Ben Glider as my physical therapist. A year ago, I had therapy hoping to delay hip surgery and then this fall after my right hip was replaced. Both times, I found Ben to be competent, knowledgeable, and caring helping me to recover. I would highly recommend him!
I had a great experience at UOA. Everyone is nice and welcoming! Ben Glider did a great job of pushing me and getting comfortable being out of my comfort zone.
I have been treated at UOA Center for Rehabilitation & Sports Excellence for several years and have always been exceptionally pleased with my treatment and progress. Ben Glider treated me most recently after my hip replacement. He was always sensitive to my individual needs, yet encouraged me and challenged me during every visit. I know that my recovery is due to his diligence.
I had my physical therapist to relieve the pains that I was experiencing with my left knee. Ben Glider was my therapist and he was awesome. He was very professional and was very knowledgable. In 5 weeks, he was able to help me ease up with my pains from a pain scale of 5-6 out of 10 to 0-2 out of 10. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean. I would definitely recommend this facility and Ben as your therapist if you ever needed physical therapy.
Thank you University Orthopaedic Associates for such a great experience on my road to recovery from hip surgery! A special thanks to my therapist, Ben Glider, who was a true professional every step of the way. I would highly recommend UOA to anyone I know
