My days with Lynn were wonderful. Sometimes in the beginning they were hard for me but she made it easy. I enjoyed coming for therapy with her. She is a terrific therapist. My knee feels great now. This is a wonderful place. Somerset was great there also. Thank you.
Lynn and the entire staff were amazing – prompt, professional and knowledgable. They worked with me to figure out where I was in my rehabilitation and they gave me a program that both challenged and made me reach personal goals. I felt stronger, more confident and in a superior place when I “graduated” this summer.
Lynn has helped me tremendously. I had a fractured right humerus and a lot of damage to the hand. She has brought me from not being able to hold a cup of coffee to good function. She has encouraged me to continue to regain strength and function on my own as my covered PT has ended.
I enjoyed my experience here at your facility. The exercises were great and working with my therapist was really awesome. Lynn is great. I will tell other people about my experience here.
Lynn, Carissa, James and Dr. Swan were great! They all deserve raises! Seriously though, I don’t think I could have been in better care. All of them care so much about their patients.
It has been a pleasure coming to therapy. Everyone has been friendly, professional and a joy to know. Lynn has helped me feel 95% better and has given me a full understanding of my capabilities after surgery.
Your staff was great from start to finish. I had Lynn Van Ost who was great, always asking and checking to see if I was fine. No questions were ever left unanswered. I would recommend UOA to everyone.
I came to UOA for physical therapy due to a labral tear on my right hip and lower back problem. From the start, Lynn, my physical therapist, made me understand that the physical therapy program I was to undergo would not heal the tear but would strengthen the muscles that support the hips. After a few weeks of therapy, the back pain was gone and the hip pain and soreness improved a lot. Lynn was very professional and responsive to all my questions and concerns. Her team as well was very helpful. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful with scheduling my appointments.
I injured my shoulder on September 22, 2012 as a result of falling off my mountain bike and I needed surgery on September 23, 2012 to repair my fractured collarbone. I started therapy with another company in November 2012. On February 5th, 2013 I needed a second surgery to remove the plate and pins in my shoulder. I went back to the same therapist but it just wasn’t working. I wasn’t getting better. I decided I needed a change and decided to switch therapists. Based on a recommendation I called UOA and requested Lynn. During my first visit with Lynn I knew right away I made the right decision. She completely changed my program. There was an immediate improvement. She also gave me the confidence to work hard and if I stuck to the program and did my home exercises I would get better and I did. I would highly recommend UOA and Lynn.
