From booking appointments to taking care of insurance needs at the front desk to the ease I felt with my physical therapist Michael. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions in depth, he was such a nice friendly person. Everyone at the Morganville office was excellent and l highly recommend this office for your needs from Doctors to PT.

In April of 2023, I made an appointment with Dr. Verma who specializes in back and neck. He suggested lower lumbar fusion. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, and what to expect as my physician. I felt like he was talking to me as a friend, not as a doctor. I could not feel more comfortable with the decision to go through with the surgery. I was laid up for 3 1/2 months within that time to get me back up and going. He suggested Michael Phelan for physical therapy. Michael knew I was in construction and knew exactly what needed to be done and got me back on my feet. Let’s not forget Tara and Donna at the Morganville office; all the people that I mentioned felt like family, not just a regular doctor’s office. I could not speak any more highly of the professionalism at the Morganville office.
I fractured my elbow on 9/1/23, and was depressed, and in pain. Dr. Abdelfattah, and Joseph Johnson, my therapist were phenomenal. Joseph was passionate, and caring never rushing me, and helped me regain the use of my wrist and arm. He made rehab fun even though it is very serious work. Thanks to the UOA team for all you have done to rebuild me again.
I went to the University Orthopaedic Associates for physical therapy. My therapist Joesph Abadir was very knowledgeable and helped me get back to my everyday living. The staff are super friendly and you feel welcome from the minute you walk in the door. After the 6 weeks, I was able to get back to my daily activities. I am so happy and would 100% recommend them knowing how important they treat each patient knowing the need to improve and recover.

I had an exceptional experience at UOA. I entered the building with intense knee pain, and to my surprise, the facility was better than any day spa I have ever seen. I did not receive the name of the lady at the front desk, however, I am titling her as the Chief for First Impressions. She was extremely kind, pleasant, and helpful. The team of Alivia and Jen made me feel so comfortable and served as great compliments to Dr. Swan. Dr. Swan is a highly trained and dedicated medical professional. I noticed his meaningful and thoughtful questions about my injury. In short, UOA is a group of highly skilled professionals, and the facility is well-equipped and modern. After spraining my ankle and having the pain for almost a year, UOA was the best therapy place I have found. I’m so happy that after a year my ankle is much better and I’m able to do things such as Pilates, hiking and yoga. Thank you to Michael Phelan, Mateo and all the staff at UOA for taking care of me.
After knee replacement surgery, I started to see Lindsey at the Woodbridge location. Lindsey was great! She listened to my needs and helped me get back to my life. I set a goal and she did everything to help me achieve it and beyond. Everyone at UOA was friendly and caring. Judy, Lindesy’s aide, became someone I looked forward to seeing each visit. She was energetic and engaging with every aspect of her job. Now that my time is over with them, I will continue to use the exercises and techniques they taught me. I had a motorcycle accident and I shattered my ankle. I thought I wouldn’t be able to walk for a long time. When I started my physical therapy a few weeks after my surgery I was in a lot of pain but Lindsey Balint was a pleasure to work with. The Woodridge office has a very clean, calming environment, and the staff is very professional. Always smiles on their faces.
She was able to help me think positive and walk again without any assistance. Now I’m able to go back work and resume a normal life thanks to Lindsey and University Orthopedic Associates! Thank you so much!

The staff at the Center for Rehabilitation and Sports Excellence in Somerset are some the most knowledgeable, experienced, empathetic, and kind professionals I have ever worked with. In particular, Anne and Megan, worked with me after full knee replacement surgery to increase my range of motion and build up my strength in this leg. By the time I was finished, they had me walking without any issues in this leg. Everyone on staff is extremely aware of what you have just gone through with your surgery and the entire team works to get you fully mobile again. The best physical therapy facility I have ever worked with.
