At the beginning of every session, Joe greeted me by name and with a welcoming smile. In a huge room full of people and activity, it’s good to be acknowledged. Joe got started right away on the next hour of treatment. He always had a plan of activity and was always available to answer questions. I appreciated his knowledge about my situation and helpful advice. My knee improved significantly and I am grateful!

Excellent staff and treatment! I had my right ankle surgery and I was recommended to UOA by my doctor. I was so hopeless that I would not be able to walk like normal again. I had my hip replaced and your rehab was terrific. Also, the location was convenient and clean….especially during COVID times! 

I came there for PT after advice from Dr. Butler who recommended Dean the Director of Physical Therapy Unit there. I am 84 years young and was distressed I had pain in my hip area when walking. Dr. Butler through x-rays said Bursitis. Dean was extraordinary in his treatment of me. I now walk pain-free!

My therapist, Dean was TOP NOTCH! I was very impressed with the facility and staff. The professionalism and knowledge of the staff gave me the added confidence for a successful and speedy recovery. Especially during these COVID-19 times, I felt safe as the state of the art facility was exceptionally clean and sanitary! 

Dino helped me to go from only walking with a walker after fracturing my pelvis in two places to walking without help. He is knowledgeable, kind, persistent, helpful and encouraging. He knows when and how to push! Dino has a lot of experience and he uses it to help his patients improve.  I recommend him highly!

I saw Dean Pinciotti as my physical therapist at University Orthopaedic Associates in Somerset, NJ. Dean assessed the problems as a whole past back surgery, and I was well on my way back to normal in a few short weeks. He was patient and understanding, and he really knew how to make you feel better!  His concern for my recovery was genuine, supportive and professional. I also recommend the facility because it was immaculate and convenient! 

Thank you to all who helped me get back to moving around after my hip revision by Dr. Kayiaros. After only 6 weeks I was walking without a cane and getting stronger each day. Dino was great and explaining every exercise. As we went through the program you could tell he cared about me and my recovery. See you all next year when I get my other hip done! 

The team at UOA did an amazing job at helping me recover from an injury and subsequent knee surgery. I walked into the Rehabilitation Center very concerned about my ability to regain full mobility. Dino Pinciotti, my Physical Therapist and Director at UOA, put me at ease and worked hard to get me to where I needed to be. I was diagnosed with snapping hip syndrome this fall. It was so painful that my injury kept me from playing soccer. Dino was very thorough and knowledgeable about my injury.  He was able to get me back to playing very quickly. I highly recommend Dino to help get you back on the court or field as fast as possible.
