Ryan Kay

Having physical therapy at UOA was a rewarding experience. It also helped alleviate the pain I was experiencing. All the staff were friendly and helpful. In the beginning of therapy, I saw Ben Glider who then introduced me to Ryan Kay before Ben left for the Avenel Office. I completed my sessions with Ryan who was cordial and very professional. He was always concerned that I was not in any pain while doing the exercises and always asked if I was alright. Ryan is an asset to UOA and should I need therapy again I would definitely request him to be my therapist!

I highly recommend the Physical Therapy Group at UOA! I’ve been to many PT groups through the years due to injuries and was very impressed with the personnel and facility. My recovery from my knee surgery was very smooth thanks to the attention and care given by Ryan and his crew. I’m looking forward to being back after my other knee surgery.

I was so pleased with my PT after my right hip replacement. Ryan was so easy to work with and totally professional. He planned a treatment plan specifically for my personal needs. He kept me informed about my progress throughout the process. I could see my progress each time I went for physical therapy. Ryan was responsible for my quick recovery. He also gave me a post physical therapy exercise program to continue my improvement. Thanks to Ryan!!

My PT Treatment was to address a Pre and Post Total Hip Replacement. Ryan Kay was recommended to me for treatment. I found Ryan was organized, knowledgeable and prepared for each session. When a unique situation came up during my treatment, Ryan was able to shift gears and effectively treat the situation. My recovery was quick due to Ryan’s extensive experience and I would highly recommend UOA and especially Ryan Kay.

I came to University Orthopedic Physical Therapy before I had a full shoulder replacement.  Ryan Kay worked with me during this pre-surgery therapy.  He worked on loosening my stiffness and prepared me for my post-surgery exercises.  After my surgery I have been seeing Ryan and have seen so much progress.  I am golfing and my strength is coming quickly back.  The therapy I received was outstanding and I thank Ryan for helping me get back to my old self.  

Under Dr. Ryan Kay’s professional care, I feel my re-cooperation has improved so that I can perform most tasks independently.  Ryan’s supportive, upbeat and caring manner PLUS exercises he did with me increased my general strength and independence.  Ryan is most caring and professional at all times and I was so lucky to work with him.  

I cannot say enough good things about UOA.  The attention I was given was more than I ever expected.  My therapist, Ryan Kay, spent so much time analyzing and working on my hip problem.  Not only is he an expert in his field, but a genuinely nice person.  He cares about his patients and takes a personal interest in them.  The rest of the staff is responsive and attentive and always right there to help.   My treatment was very effective in reducing my pain level.  If I ever need P/T again I will not hesitate to call Somerset UOA.

I really appreciate how my therapist monitored my progress and adjusted my program accordingly. All of the staff there were always friendly and welcoming, and I felt like they really paid attention to their patients. My therapist always made sure I understood what we were doing and why, and took their time to answer any questions I had!
